What methods of payment do you accept? 

All major credit cards are accepted. 

 

If I'm local, can I wave shipping and arrange pick up?

How should I take care of my jewelry?

Silver, gold or copper-plated chain and beads have a thin layer of gold/silver/copper deposited onto a lead-safe alloy base metal. By avoiding chemicals and water, the jewelry will last much longer, however there is no guarantee that it will last a lifetime. Gemstones are not perfect and may have tiny flaws or inclusions. Please make sure to view all of the photos, unless otherwise noted, they represent the item(s) that you will receive. You can zoom in on any photo to get a very detailed view. 

 

Do you sell your products anywhere else besides the web?

Yes! Check out my EVENTS page for upcoming festivals and boutiques. 

POLICIES

Shipping:

• Items will ship via USPS first-class within 2-3 business days of ordering, unless a holiday falls between. In this case please allow extra days for shipping. Please be aware of the recent high demand of the postal service and shipping may be delayed at this time. If quicker shipping is wanted, please choose USPS Priority.

• To keep your shipping cost low, I only add insurance upon request. Please contact me if you’re interested in adding insurance to your order.

• Buyer takes responsibility for items lost in the mail or shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping information.

• Sales shipped within the state of Arizona will have sales tax of 7.8% applied.

 

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date you receive your order. Returned items must be in original, unused condition. Please ship returns in a padded envelope or insulated box. Shipping fees cannot be reimbursed. Defective jewelry may be returned free of charge. Please ship item(s) back to address on packing slip and please forward shipping confirmation number via email. It is important that we can track the package. Refunds are issued after returned package has been received by us and tracking shows that it has been delivered. Return funds will be returned to the buyer’s account within approximately 48 hours, if there are no other issues to resolve.
